Krista specializes in therapy with children, teens and adults. She brings extensive experience in supporting neurodivergent teens and adults with mental health diagnoses. Krista holds a Master’s Degree from University of Essex in Psychoanalytic Studies (Freudian Concentration), and a Masters Degree from Brock University in Applied Disability Studies. She is currently a Qualifying Psychotherapist, completing a M.A. in Counselling Psychology (Yorkville University). She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with a focus on challenging behaviour. Krista approaches therapy with modalities that include CBT, DBT, SFT, MBCT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She is experienced in issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and identity.
