Our therapists use evidence-based approaches for individuals, including CBT, EMDR, CPT, and MBCT, with specialized support for first responders, military members and their families, and people affected by colonization and intergenerational trauma. We also provide couples counselling using EFT, CBT for couples, and the Gottman Method to strengthen connection and communication.
In addition, we offer custody assessments with a careful, child-centred approach; therapy for children and adolescents using play-based and other evidence-informed methods; and professional parenting services, including parent coaching and supervised parenting time, to help families build safer, more stable routines and relationships.
