Sarah Hassan

Sarah Hassan,

is a Registered Social Worker who supports children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavioural concerns, and family-related challenges. Her work is trauma-informed and grounded in a strong understanding of how early experiences and environmental factors can shape emotional and behavioural patterns.

Having trained and worked in Australia, Sarah brings a broad and culturally responsive perspective to her practice. She supports individuals from a wide range of backgrounds with care, sensitivity, and respect.

Sarah offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach, creating a safe space where clients feel supported as they explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. She draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and improve overall well-being.
