Natasha specializes in individual therapy with children, teens, and adults, treating trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, parenting and situational problems. She uses modalities including CBT, DBT, SFT and Indigenous therapies. She holds a B.A. in Psychology (Carleton University), a BSW (Toronto Metropolitan University), and has completed her MSW at Wilfrid Laurier University. With a focus on Indigenous community well-being, Natasha integrates NVCI, Feather Carriers, and ASIST training, along with Indigenous histories and realities programs. She uses cultural practices like sweat lodge ceremonies, smudging, and storytelling, along with Talking Circles, Land-Based Therapy, Two-Eyed Seeing approaches, and Art Therapy. Natasha blends empathy with holistic mental health support for diverse client needs.
