Dianne Delaney Therapist

Dianne Delaney,

is a registered social worker and child and adolescent therapist with extensive experience supporting children, teens, and caregivers through anxiety, depression, stress, and family conflict. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor.

As a trauma informed therapist, Dianne uses a strength based approach to help clients build practical coping skills and emotional resilience. She draws on proven therapy methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients understand their experiences and develop healthier ways of coping.

Dianne creates a safe and supportive space where children, teens, and families can work through mental health challenges, build resilience, and move toward lasting personal growth.
