Dianne Delaney

Dianne is a registered social worker with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and caregivers facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and familial conflict. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and her Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor. Dianne approaches her work through a strength-based and trauma-informed lens, empowering individuals to develop effective tools and skills for coping. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients reframe and better understand their experiences. Dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive environment, Dianne focuses on resilience and personal growth, guiding clients toward achieving their goals and realizing their full potential.
