Bryanna Petrie RSW MSW,
Bryanna Petrie is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from University of Toronto and over eight years of experience supporting adults navigating the impacts of trauma and stress. Her clinical work commonly includes post-traumatic stress (PTSD), complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and difficult life transitions.
Bryanna’s primary specialty is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a structured trauma therapy recognized in major clinical guidance for PTSD. Depending on client needs, she also draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioural approaches (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and body-based regulation strategies to support stabilization, insight, and symptom relief.
Her approach is trauma-informed and mind–body oriented, with a strong focus on collaboration, pacing, and psychological safety. Bryanna works to create a grounded, supportive space where clients can strengthen emotional regulation, shift stuck patterns, and build practical skills that carry into daily life and relationships.
