Rochelle Douglas is a Registered Social Worker with over eight years of experience providing child and family mental health support. She is passionate about helping children, adults, and families navigate emotional, behavioural, and relationship challenges in ways that feel safe, compassionate, and practical.
Rochelle provides inclusive, client-centred, and trauma-informed therapy tailored to the individual needs and experiences of each client.
