Kristen brings over 25 years of experience specializing in coping skills, parent-child conflict, emotion regulation, and co-parenting. She provides Voice of the Child reports, assesses parenting capacity, offers Clinically Managed Access, and creates sustainable parenting plans (Section 30 assessments). Kristen offers evidence-based therapy for depression, anxiety, and trauma using CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Carleton University, a Master of Social Work from Memorial University, and is a registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers. Kristen is also undertaking the Death, Dying and Bereavement certificate through the Wilfred Laurier University School of Social Work. She is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
